Download the free, mobile application iTriage from the iTunes® App store or Android™ Marketplace. Once inside the app, and in the Tallahassee area, you can:
- Choose “Find a medical provider”
- Select “Emergency department”
- Locate “Capital Regional Medical Center”
- Click the orange “iNotify” button to review the form prior to your next ER visit with us
